Customs Duties on Handcrafted Goods Exported to the European Union

Customs Duties France–Morocco
Trade between Morocco and the European Union is governed by the Euro-Mediterranean Agreement establishing an association between the EU and Morocco, supplemented by additional agreements (entered into force in 2000).
On the trade front, this framework has enabled the elimination of customs duties, with asymmetrical provisions favoring Morocco: since 2000, all Moroccan industrial goods have entered the EU duty-free, while Morocco was granted a transitional period extending until 2012 to phase out its customs duties on industrial products originating from the European Union.
